Sampler at the brewpub in Santa Rosa. Yellow color with small white head. Bananas, dough, spices. Very Belgian. A good Belgian Blonde, mild bitterness, just it’s not my beer style.

375 ml bottle I purchased at Russian River. Couldn’t read the stamp of the batch number. straw color with thin white head in a chalice. Aroma is citrus, sweet grain and light yeast.
The flavor is a direct copy of the aroma and has a moderate dry texture. Good yeast character. I paired this with a Chicken Cordon Blu dinner and I finished far to quickly. Mild and subtle with high drinkability. Can you say session? Pretty good.

On tap in The Crow Bar, Orange County on 11th July 2014. Hazy gold, with not lot going on in either the taste or aroma, heard some much about this brewer so expected more flavour, character and class. This was just a run of the mill Belgian Blonde/Witt lacking depth and style.

Bottle (Batch 071812- 5.15%). Lemon and milky malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet lemon and lactic malt flavor. Mildly bitter herbal finish. Light body. Subdued but quite enjoyable.
