"Zinnebir X-Mas? No, WINTER MESS!

The name has changed, not the recipe! Our winter beer is back, with her caramel and chocolate flavours, the creamy foam, her fruity nuances, and her dry and bitter finish."

Draught@Black Door. Dark nut brown, murky, color and small white head. Glueish, plum aroma. A bit yeasty, flavor is plummy (plus raisin soup), brown sugary sweet. Alcoholic bite in the finish. Homebrew feeling.

Hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and yeasty notes. Flavour was yeasty with floral hops malt and ripe fruits. Finished sourish. I like!

clear brown/amber, mild cinnamon aroma, thin tan head does not last long. Flavors of orange, cinnamon, raisins, maybe plum. Thinner and less powerful than most Christmas beers, but still very drinkable. Is the big bad wolf about to have his way with Little Red Riding Hood, with a 750 ml beer bottle, while a Picasso character watches.

Bottled at Kerstbierfestival 2007. A brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy with light notes of cinnamon. The flavor is sweet spicy - primarily cinnamon and cloves. The finish is dry.

75cl bottle. Pours unclear amber with a creamy white head & lacings. Nose is spicy & yeasty. Medium palate & mouthfeel. Overall quite spicy & herbal with some hoppy notes. Little citric & metallic. Enjoyable - yet still very forgettable!

Pours with a largish, rocky, off-white head covering a deep amber-brown body. Aroma of orange blossom, candi sugar, yeast and lemon. Taste stars slightly sour, then changes to lightly spicey, followed by a burnt malt taste and a slightly nutty and bitter aftertaste. Kind of boring if you ask me. Lively bubbles paired with a dry mouthfeel.

11.2oz bottle. Murky brown color with a small and steady head. Sweet and bitter at the same time, almost like a bitter Dubbel. This unique taste combination works very well, and the beer is oh-so-drinkable. Not your standard spiced Christmas ale, this one is new-school and hoppy. A great beer from one of Belgiums coolest new breweries.
