bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma fine beige persistente, colore ambrato carico limpido, al naso lieviti belgi zucchero di canna frutta matura spezie esteri, in bocca caramello frutta matura uvette sotto spirito spezie, lieve acidula, astringente, corpo rotondo, l’alcool si sente e ti bastona, carbonazione decisa, secca con amaro accentuato mooolto lungo nel finale. Molto buona, De la Senne è sempre una garanzia. La prima birra “seria” delle feste 2019. c. Bottega della birra Arona 14.12.19

Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Orange brown coloured with beige creamy head. Aroma is ultra malty, caramel, creamy, bit roasty. Taste is smooth malty caramel with a tiny bit of bitterness. Slight funkiness. Not too sweet and bit of spice. Always love a Zinnebir Xmas. Rerate under the new name, Dec 16. Lovely aroma of fruit and caramel. Nice yeastiness. Very nice. Found in Ermelo. Malt, licorice and anis both in aroma and flavor. Pepper. Thinnish and sweet. Pleasant enough, but lacks body.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malty caramelly, slightly spicy aroma. Malty yet fairly dry, spicy flavor with anis, cardemom and cinnamon. caramel. Hint of laurel. Roast lingering on in the aftertaste. Well made beer.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Roodbruin troebel bier, flink schuimend tijdens inschenken. Schuimkraag blijft lang staan. Aroma is moutig maar niet veel geur. De smaak is ook moutig en een beetje zoet. Licht bittere koffieachtige nasmaak.

Fles gekregen van Inoven. Het is een donker roodbruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gebrande geur. De smaak is gebrande mout, wat zoet, caramel achtig met een bittere afdronk.
