"Zinnebir X-Mas? No, WINTER MESS!
The name has changed, not the recipe! Our winter beer is back, with her caramel and chocolate flavours, the creamy foam, her fruity nuances, and her dry and bitter finish."

330 ml bottle from BeerLovers, bottled 31 Aug 16.
Copper-brown, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, dark beige head.
Aroma of nuts, dark fruits, toast, caramel, dark bread, some cocoa, some spices.
Tastes of cocoa, dark chocolate, dark bread, nuts, some dark fruits, some spices, some coffee.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium, moderate roasty, toasty, bready, with cocoa, some spices, slight coffee.
Tasty. Very smooth and well balanced, with lots of not too sweet dark malt notes and a pleasant, toasty dryness. Drinks pretty easy, ABV is completely hidden. Great, comfortable winter beer.
