Bottle shared at THT February. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of cardboard, malt, soap and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and and above light bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

“Engel Aloisius“, Flasche (50 cl) von Getränke Hoffmann, Berlin. - Goldbraun, klar; kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase sehr mildes Toastmalz und etwas zu deutlich säuerliche Noten. - Antrunk warm toastmalzig mit Karamel und milder fruchtig-säuerlicher Hopfenherbe. Durchschnittlich rezent, für ein Märzen etwas dünn. Abgang wenig hopfenherb und etwas leer mit unschönen scharfen und metallischen Zügen. - Etwas schmalspurig, unrund und ohne die Malzfülle eines besseren Märzen.

Pours dark copper, tan head. Aroma is sweet: caramel, molasses, Golden Grahams, brown sugar. Sweetish, light, soft, almost no bitterness.
