After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers are kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Triple is brewed since 1997.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#48. ST MALO. Evening drink within the walled city. Golden with a creamy head and lots of carbonation. Has sweetish pale malts and Belgian-style bubblegum. Its strength is not too impactful in taste, but obviously helps in giving it plenty of body.

Aroma of sweet malt, sugar, dried fruity notes, spicy yeast. Flavour is sugary sweet, on the cloying side. Not for me.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, June 23. Clear copper pour, large fluffy pure white head. Floral nose with hints of caramel. Interesting triple.. seems to have an oily caramel Biere de Garde depth with lightly creamy triple esters.. Ok.

19th June 2023, Shrewsbury Monthly Beer Swap in Chez Sophie. Five guys enjoying life taking bollox. Cheers Mat for the cork and caged 75cl bottle of this: BB 11th October 2023. Clean golden pour, white head. Pretty sweet and malty with a banana like undertone, interesting.

No clear smell. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of dry malt, some yeast and faint acidic notes. Also green apple. Lively carbon. Medium sweet, also lightly sour.

opalescent golden to orange colour, huge, dense yellowish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of malty, alcoholic, some moderate vanilla and caramel, as well as dried apricot notes; taste is quite spicy-alcoholic with some dried apricot and quite intensive hoppy bittery notes; does not really have the body for the high ABV
