Cloudy blond color. Very dry and spicy; I don’t know if it’s the buckwheat, but there is a peppery touch. Quite strong bitterness. Not my kind, but correctly brewed. (I’ve been told that it’s brewed with buckwheat; not a mistake for Pays de Cocagne)

chiara torbida ottima schiuma abbondante e peristente profumi piuttosto intensi ma non variegati in bocca ben bilanciata non complessa facile a bere piuttosto gasata l’anidride carbonica infastidisce un poco
