0.33 l bottle, huge thanks to Adam for it. Pours deep copper with thick, quickly disappearing head. Nose is booze, yeast and fruits. In taste the same notes come through, but in a more pronounced and balanced way than in aroma. The sweet fruits lead the way from start to the warming, somewhat boozy finish. Its body feels light for 9% (not thin tho), has average carbo and easy to drink. Good one.

Aroma of dark malts, caramel, ripe dark fruits, candy sugar, yeast, light chocolate. Flavour is quite sweet, a bit too sugary for my taste. Still, the aroma makes up for it, at least partially.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy brown coloured brew wants to be an Chimay or la Trappe Dubbel. Good sweet bitternesh, some hints of banana. But i think if this client brewer will grow over the years.

4 February 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!

Clear dark amber, stable, foamy, tan head. Aroma of candied date, raisin, apricot, ripe pear, caramel, sugared peanut, green tea, liqueur, vague milk chocolate. Taste has sweet date, raisin & pear in a brioche-like, caramelly, sugary malt body with a herbal note, phenolic too. Herbal hoppy finish, more dried fruit, syrup, some toast and warming brown rum-like alcohol. Medium body, syrupy texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable heavy sipper.

A bit sour and sharp. Dark cloudy amber, smells a bit like chemicals. Yet still it’s quite drinkable due to the funk. Butchers tearsvtap ams

Bottle directly from brewery webshop. Color: Hazy copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Raisins, dark malt, some dark dried fruit. Taste: Dark malt, raisins, caramel, candy sugar, light hints of burnt sugar. Grassy hop notes. Moderate to just over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Roast and a hint of coffee in the aroma. Malty roasty flavor with some floral notes. Alcoholic. Soft spicy finish with orange peels.

Thuis uit een flesje. Licht bruine, iewat troebele kleur. Beige schuim, verdwijnt snel. Weinig aroma voor zo'n zwaar biertje. Ik vind het iets te zoet en dat komt omdat ik eigenlijk alleen de kandij proef. Niet heel spannend, maar ook niet slecht.
