Winter beer created in Amsterdam but first (2013) brewed in Belgium at Gulden Spoor. Thin but stable, off-white foam, colour a misty copper. Aroma of caramel, peaches, hazelnuts, rosewater, some DMS too (cooked cabbage). Taste dry and mildly spicy, caramel and nuts in the middle, finishing in a leafy hop bitterishness.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Murky amber orange with a white head. Plenty of funk in the nose, tangy, sweet, excess of yeast. Overly heavy on excessive touch mouldy BE yeast in the taste, orange, sugary, thick, mainly just lots of yeast. Heavy yeast body. Pretty meh.
