We brewed a beer at St. Joseph’s with Alan Simons called Seraphim, but this time we brewed it here with 100% brett (thanks Central State) added some Simcoe, Saphir, and Mandarina Bavaria in the dry hop, and the beer had a PARTY. We like to think Spuds McKenzie would have brought all the ladies to the Lug to enjoy.

Draft - Intense pink grapefruit and sweet Mandarin. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Much like the nose, perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Draft. Tangerine, lime peel, toffee malt, and light straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large head. Lightly sweet tangerine/lime, light toffee malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body a bit light. Easy drinking.
