Sweet chocolate notes lead as raspberry tartness follows in unison resembling a perfectly executed dance. The result is a blend of flavors even more spectacular together than apart. It's love at first sip.

Brown can withe a very nice pour. Smells heavily of raspberries, almost artificial. Taste is big bad ass raspberry with volatile whisky back end, yes, every swig the dah same, quite dizzying. Heh, where is the choco nibs? Invisible I'd say.

From drfabulous. thanks! Pours dark brown with a nice looking, frothy beige head. Aroma is a lot of raspberry, which can be smelled from a great way away. Raspberry so powerful that it is hard to get a whiff of the chocolate. Taste is sweet. Chocolate shines more in there. Although a sort of dry raspberry definitely is in there. Some nutty notes. Interesting. Not something I would have normally purchased but a solid drink nevertheless.

Draft. A- Chocolate, mild raspberry. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Chocolate, raspberry, roasty, sweet. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, rich finish. O- Borderline Imperial Stout. This was like a liquid Russell Stover chocolate. Loads of creamy milk chocolate and raspberry creme with a hint of a roasty bitterness. Lots of sweetness. Really quite nice.

Sampled on draft at Whistle & Keg this beer poured a black color with a large creamy tan head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was sweet raspberry syrup, cocoa and black licorice. The flavor was tangy raspberry, cocoa and black licorice. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.

Dry stout with a heavy chocolate backbone and blossoming raspberry tartness on the back end. Never grows sweet, and the berry notes are restrained, but also comes across a bit lacking in depth, staying mostly with the surface-level fruit-n-cacao front and a lingering bitterness on the finish. Pours a deep dark brown with red edging and a modest beige head. Nose promises more berry than the taste delivers. Texture's a tad thin. Decent.

10 oz draft at the The Eagle Food and Beer Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio. The pour is an opaque brown with a small tan khaki head. The aroma is raspberry, cocoa and coffee roast malt. The taste is nice blend of the raspberry tart fruit, the sweet cocoa and the roast coffee closing out. The palate is medium to heavy bodied with soft carbonation and a sweetish malt roast finish.
