Brewed to have tropical fruit flavors by using Citra and Simcoe hops. Dry-hopped with Citra and Comcoe to get that wonderful aroma from the hops. This brew is named after a customer who is a Cowboy in Florida.

Draft - Bice citrus and some peel. Clear yellow gold with a decent white head. Nice citrus bitterness and a long finish.
