Bottle - Stone fruit and yeast with some tartness. Cloudy gold with a light beige head. Lots of bitter grapefruit and tartness. Dry finish and more bitterness.

Bouteille 750ml. Gushing. Couleur orange brûlé foncé opaque, mousse beige dense, crémeuse et tenace laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de brett, boisé, pamplemousse, sucré, vineux, alcool, malt. Goût épicé, brett, cuir, boisé, un peu sucré, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-dense.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful fruity malt with herbaceous hops, tropical fruit, Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with nice Brett, alcohol, coriander, herbaceous and beautiful. Bottle at Mondial 2014.
