An IPA first with hints of flaky crust from caramel and biscuit malts with a pop of cinnamon in the boil. Aged on vanilla and green apple puree before being dry hopped with Calypso and Ahtanum for notes of apple, pear and pine. Forget pumpkins - this is Fall in a glass!
