Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, exotic fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, hops, and straw, leading to a very bitter finish.

750mL bottle shared by AdamChandler on 3/26/16.
Mild amber-to-deep golden body is topped by a large amount of white head that slowly fades to cover. Good clarity.
Spices in the nose are hard to pin down, but seem to give some impression of vanilla, orange peel, rosehip and black pepper. The saison behind it is further obscured by fairly strong cereal notes and a moderate honey-caramel. Light fruity esters seem pleasant, once you find them and there’s a rather rustic/cellar-like quality (that’s very much on the border of being just dirty). No alcohol, though, nor flaw.
In the mouth it’s full of light orange, cherry, nectarine and lots of hay and cereal-like grain. Some light alcohol and caramel seem out of place, but the carbonation is mostly tight and helps keep the beer drinkable. Attenuation seems a little lower than many of Dany’s best, but there are some interesting phenols and spices and nothing, at least, is overdone here. Honey and redbull-like notes lingering on the finish.

750 ml bottle, thanks AdamC. Aroma has a big herbal element, tea leaves, old grass clipping, earthy notes.
The flavor moderate sweet with a herbal base reflecting the aroma. Herbs, black pepper, earthy yeasty, floral or dried flowers. Body is lighter with the texture being oily or slick in the mouth. But even after all of that herbal notes, it isn’t over done, I really like this!

The beer is not green. Orange, beautiful whip cream like head. Not a gusher but the bottle conditioned beautiful 3 finger head is very apparent. It looks really beautiful up there with the best Hill Farmstead and De La Senne beers. This smells really great. The aroma...yeah, classic Fantome yeast. Lovely. Pepper, yeast, cloves, won, lovely. Very peppery, LOADS of spice, really nice. I don’t get any of the Guarana but it’s not something I’ve eaten on its own. This is really nice. Great job, Dany.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, golden body under a big, dense off-white head leaving some lacing. The aroma is lightly herbal, grassy and with some pale malts and the typical peppery Fantome yeastyness. It’s a bit too malty on the palate I think, almost bready and caramel-ish, with a fine bitterness, It’s dry and pleasantly carbonated, although there’s much of it. Some sugar, but mostly herbs and pine cones. Grass notes. Lasting herbal, bitter finish. Sure a fine one, but I think it has a bit too much white sugar flavor. 160312
