Many thanks to Rian for sharing. Fresh sourish-dusty beer. Fresh, very bitter with floral hints. Nice bitter dusty aftertaste, fresh, smooth, interesting with funky sour yeast.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 7/12/2014. Hazed golden orange coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice floral, pollen, light citrus hop . Flavour is composed of pale grains, creeal, hop leaf, light spicy hop, little orange. Palate is light, slightly thin, dull palate. Ok beer, not a huge fan.

Bottle. Belgiuminanox. Hazy, dark gold. Unusually for a Fantome, there’s barely a film of head to this. Bready, yeasty, Fantome funk. Some herby, fruity sweetness. Taste is fairly bitter. Background of sweet. Decent body, but the very soft carbonation does no favours. Finishes long bitter. Bit of a big IPA thing going on.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is earthy mineral citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a refeshing mineral hop bitter palate and a moderate citrus bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Exclusive S&G Tasting: Special guest 77ships”. Thanks to PriorL.Dark amber, thick collapsing bubbly white head. Bitter orange nose, medicinal, lots of white sugar; Bitter herbal taste, lots of bitter herbs, lots of white sugar, biscuit, pepper, sweet spices, more sugar, light boozy; Oily biscuit body. Totally bland, uninteresting etc. Fantôme living on former glories. Ehhhh....... brew.
