The first flavour ever of iKi is brewed with fresh Sencha tea leaves and the Asian citrus fruit Yuzu. Characteristics of this delicious iKi combination is the fresh light taste of the beer.

Botella 33 cl VIII cata ratebeer Astuias en Cimmeria 12..03..2017. (r347). Fcpref y lote en chapa ilegibles.Color amarillento dorado tostado con poca espuma blanca. Sabores suaves algo herbaceos y ligeramente dulces con toques finales algo afrutados naranjas melocotones lichees. Cuerpo ligero algo fino y aguado. Normal refrescante.

Botella @VIII Cata Ratebeer 12/03/2017. Color amarillo pajizo, aromas bastante especiados seguido de cereal, sabor muy dulce, cuerpo denso.

Bottle, uk import, source not noted, historic rating. Poured a hazy mid yellow colour with an average sized white head. Aroma is citrus hoppy, malty, and quite fruity. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation. Not keen.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy green tea and yuzu aroma. Fruity malty spicy yuzu green tea flavor. Has a fruity spicy green tea yuzu finish.

F: big, white, average retention. C: light pale gold, hazy. A: malty, yeasty, lemon peels, hint of herbal, citrus. T: malt, herbal, light citrus, yeast, light body, good carbonation, as a thirst quencher very good but Holland beer made in Belgium and looks like Japanese very funny, 33cl bottle from Kam Yuen Supermarket in Brussels.

L’intensità olfattiva è flebile e la persistenza olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con carbonazione e bollicine medie, idem al piano sottostante, dove la carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di biscotto, frumento, orzo, erba, agrumi e tè verde.
