A refreshing, gently tart, German-style wheat beer. Our take on the classic Berliner has a blend of citric and fruit notes with nods to cider and sauvignon blanc.

Thanks Willie, this was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with no head nor lacing.
The aroma takes in a big sour lemon rind/juice to it. Sour-ed wheat slyly moves in for the balance.
The flavor starts sour - combined through the wheat and citrus tones. Barely any aftertaste with a quick sour finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fantastic sessionability about it. Sourness is tame enough for a great crushability about it. Carbonation rides nice and light.
Overall, fantastic Berliner Weisse by an American brewer. A little bit more citrus sourness than expected but still very well done for the style.

Spritzig hefig-säuerlicher Antrunk. Fruchtig, minimal Zitrone, erfrischend. Könnte bei diesem Geschmack deutlich weniger Alkohol haben. Mittellanger Nachhall, eher wässrig. Okay. 10/9/11/9/10/9
