On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet citrus fruit notes some pine and a nice light malt. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and a well-balanced end.

On tap at Seventh Son, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out robust dank hops, plenty of pine, citrus peel, resins, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is assertive and balanced, with lots of piney and resinous hops, dankness, and ample sweet biscuity malt. It's borderline too sweet for my taste but still within the boundary of acceptability for me. Excellent.

Sampled from the tap at Gateway Brewing. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has mango and papaya with sweet grains and a hint of citrus supporting. Flavor has mango and earthy papaya with a touch of citrus and sweet grains backing.

Got this 3$ can from vintage estate. Pour is rather viscous. Big foaming head, too. Big bitter rude brew. Thick on the palate as well. Its so over the top, slight warming sensations on the way down, whew. Smell is volatile industrial hop candy. I'm telling you, this is one scary kick ass brew that will take you a while to recover from. I just got to stop buying IPA, its gonna ruin my taste buds. Nasty nagnificent. You gotta be a real man to like this stuff.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, unreadable can dating. Pours fairly crystal clear medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn, pine, honey, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is an incredible DIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Fantastic Mosaic showcase as advertised. Feels like Simcoe/C hops in the background. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a great balancing bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example.
