Draft - pours amber white head - nose/taste of cherry smoked wood, light bacon and caramel. Incredibly well balanced - medium body

Sample at Prohibition Gastro Lounge. Clear dark amber color with a medium creamy light beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Aroma of smoked malt, caramel and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of smoked meat, roast malt and mild hops. The finish is smoky with a charred malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
