Sosus is crafted in humble tribute to the elegant works of mosaic art created by Sosus of Pergamon. We’ve showcased the Mosaic hop by draping it across a simplistic malt canvas, allowing you to experience the irresistible flavors of pineapple and tropical fruit for which the Mosaic hop is most well known.

(Bottle, thanks to Håkan) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, candied pineapple, caramel and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, ripe mango, papaya, orange peel, pink grapefruit, pine needles, crisp-bread, caramel and a generous citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, tasty and solid DIPA, with a good Mosaic hop character. Great beer!

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is earthy/herby/caramel. Spice note. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is earthy/herby with barely detectable caramel support. It's juicy, but towards dry. Spicy/herby with green melon and some earthiness. The flavors seize the mouth. Very bitter for a NEIPA. Fantastic flavor.

Quite the monument to Mosaics. Full of grapefruit, berry, peach, and passionfruit, with underlying currents of bubblegum, earth, dank, mint, and pine. Finishes on a bready note, with a lingering resinous bitterness and citrus pith in the fade. Gets a touch abrasive as the pint goes on. Still, a tasty beverage.

Tall can. Pours a murky dark yellow with a white head. Fresh pineapple & grapefruit aroma. The flavor is well balanced and combines juicy sweetness with earthy bitterness.
