Sosus is crafted in humble tribute to the elegant works of mosaic art created by Sosus of Pergamon. We’ve showcased the Mosaic hop by draping it across a simplistic malt canvas, allowing you to experience the irresistible flavors of pineapple and tropical fruit for which the Mosaic hop is most well known.

From bomber to pint glass. Aroma is a nice blend of earth and perfume - not something I have gotten from Mosaic before, but pleasing. Faint peach in the back. Pours a hazy old gold with full, sustained white head that is like billowy clouds. Lingers throughout. Flavor is more traditional mosaic like, with lemon and overt, fresh tropics. Alcohol is hidden very well, as this is smooth and tastes like a single. No residual sugars, yet also not puckeringly dry. Slight bitter spike comes in right at the death.

22 oz. bottle from Ball Square Fine Wines. Hazy appearance. Aroma is candied mango, pineapple, light grassy. In the flavor the fruit is upfront and turns to a moderate grass bitterness. This bottle sat about 2 months and is drinking quite nice right about now.

Damn tasty, crazy peach and pineapple hybrid flavor. Fruity, sweet, tons of hop flavor and tropical crush. Comes off fairly strong overall with the hops on a lasting back finish.

Bomber from Tavour. Well worthy of its reputation. Hazy golden pour. Big airy, frothy head. Piney, hoppy aroma is followed by a luscious taste, creamy smooth and with a gentle bitterness. Heavenly throughout.

Bomber from Tavour. Aroma is extremely juicy--pineapple, passionfruit, citrus, hint of coconut. Pours murky yellow-orange with a thick off-white head with excellent retention. Taste is moderately bitter (I would never guess 100 IBUs) with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. It tastes awesome, but it doesn't reach the heights hinted at with that perfect aroma. Has the juiciness typical of NEIPA and the bitterness of a West Coast IPA. Very good.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. White soapy head with excellent retention top hats then recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Pine and resin aromas. Dank weed and citrus upfront turning to resin in the lasting finish.

Bottle. A- Dank, cat pee, citrus. A- Golden orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Dank, grassy, bitter, citrus. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, dank finish. O- Not a Top 50 DIPA for me, but I can see why people like it. Really dank and catty. Wanted a lot more of the tropical fruity side of the mosaic. Over hyped perhaps.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Andrew and Aaron. Pours a clearish orange-gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lots of big floral, peach citrusy, pineapple hops on the nose. Some light caramel and piney bitterness on the palate, but mainly just fruit-forward hop flavors. Really enjoyable and abv is hidden super well. Great stuff.
