Time for a fruit Lambic.
Pours a cloudy red with, strangely, a white head of foam.
Smells of sweet cherry goodness. Nuff said.
Totally one dimensional taste...sweet cherries and I dig it. Sometimes simplicity in a beer is more than adequate.
Good mouthfeel, good fruit beer.

Bottle. Ruby color with pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, grenadine, a touch wood. Taste is moldy cellar, cherry syrup, grenadine. Medium carbonation, dusty mouthfeel. Not too bad for a sweet Kriek I guess.

From old tasting notes. Opaque reddish brown color. Creamy pinkish white head. Sweet cherry pie malt aroma. Tangy, sour cherry flavor is pronounced, yet tasty. Soft, sweet and sour malt finish.

[9/26/16] Bottle at a public park in Antwerpen. Nice deep red with a pinkish head. Aroma of candy-ish cherries, oxidation notes. Sweet flavor with cherries, candy-ish, with mild tartness. Medium-bodied. Sweet and sugary, but decent.

Bei Beer Planet in Brüssel als Flasche gekauft. Rötlich-Braun, wenig Schaum. Aroma Sauerkirsche. Geschmack- wie Kirschsaft, dünn, geht schnell durch den Mund. Sehr süß.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Red with a small head. Sweet with cherries, almonds and some light oak. Not that sour. Drinkable but sweet.

bottle shared at the June THT. No head. Murky pink/red pour. Smells like cough medicene. Dreadful.

Bottle at THT. Murky dark pink with no head. Looks like tomato juice. Massive sweet cherries, sour red berries, dough, light puke, soft balsamico. Over medium sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with barely any carbonation. Weird and bad, but better than most Chapeaus.
