Pours a nice rosé blush from a bottle. Rich earthy aroma, red berry flavor, nice clean apple, semi-dry. Pretty good cider.

Refrigerated small-format bottle poured into a glass. Clear amber with small white head. Aroma is dry apples, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dry apple, some currant, and dry finish. Sort of more like a rose wine more than a typical cider.

On tap at Northeast Kingdom, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate apple sweetness, with some brown sugar, and light tannins. Flavour is intensely complex, with a wonderful champagne yeast character dominating, light acidity and gentle sweetness. The alcohol is evident, but expressed wonderfully. Phenomenal.

375ml bottle pours a clear, garnet amber with no head. Nose is nice, over ripe apple, mild booze, perfume, some wine. Flavor is nice, apples, Rose wine, honey. Finishes boozy and slick.

Bottle at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweet apple notes. Flavor was light apples. Light sweet, dry finish. Pretty tasty light sweet, tart apple.
