We've used loads of hops from North America - Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Citra and Cascade - because we just love the bold aromas they bring to the beer. To balance out all this hoppy goodness we've added lots of Rye, plus some pale ale and cara malt

Tight foamy light brown head stayed on a reddish brown finely carbonated body. Malt, caramel & pith aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a clean back. Sweet, caramel, malt, red berry, spices, tea & toffee tastes. It's not bad.

(Can) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with notes of crisp-bread, rye, dried apricots, treacle toffee, honey, citrus peel and pine needles. Malty, slightly hoppy taste with rye bread, treacle toffee, dried apricots, orange peel, pine needles and a generous citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a clean rye profile and fresh hops. Quite nice.

0.33l can. Clear copper body with a huge beige head. Aroma and taste of sticky toffee, toast, grapeseed and a generous amount of grapefruit. Balanced between the toffee-like sweetness and the citrusy hops. Nice IPA.
