Waxed, capped 500 from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight, transient dark tan head. Aroma of bourbon and roasty malts. Full bodied indeed. Far from dry. Heat helps offset the sweetness somewhat. Flavor is aroma and a lot more. It's very complicated. Also very delicious.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours black with a beige head. Deep bourbon barrels and roasted malts on the nose. Flavour has great roasted malts and bourbon barrels. Excellent depth and complexity, very rich.
