# 4195; 4/2024. Peach aroma. Clear gold body; white head. Peach, sweet. Very simple, good fruity lambic. 0,25 l, bottle, supermarket, Grande Synthe (Flanders, France).

355 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper colour with little head. Aromas of plastic, Brett, earthy evergreen and possibly some peach. Flavors of sugar, sweet peach juice, plastic and more of this earthy forest floor element. Yuck. Bottle had crown cap and cork. If just the latter would think some form of cork problem…

Bottle at Huis, Southsea, served in the correct glass. Burnished gold colour with a light fizz, negligible head and surprisingly full body for the low ABV. Tastes (unsurprisingly!) of peach with light floral notes; sweet but with just enough tartness to make it drinkable. It's a really good pudding beer, and really goes down very well. Everyone at my table liked this one, a winner!

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish orange gold with small white head. Lots of sweet peach with a bit of pear. Sweet, but not cloying, just a hint of lambic at the finish. Enjoyable, if a bit sweet.
