Keg at Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf Malmo, 18/11/22. Lightly hazed golden yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is pissy green berries, funk, wood must, dirty earthy notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, funk, hedgerow, green berry must, vinous, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good puckering kiss. Solid work for just 3.5% ABV.

Tap@Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö, Sweden (18/11/2022) - golden yellow with a white ringed head. Tart fruity with bites of orchard fruit, barnyard, horse blanket, funky tunes, straw, hay, medium body, oak washed fruity tart close. Very nice.

Subtle and pleasant. Bread yeast, lime and citrus. A little grapefruit. Golden pour with good head. More grapefruit on the finish, and some unripe tangerine. Quite rich for style. Tap at Sovereign.

bottle. Pours clear yellow, small fizzy white head, fades to nothing. Aroma is buggy, citric, tart, mineral. Flavor is medium tart, lemony, brett earthy funk. Light body, spritzy carbonation.

(750ml bottle sample @ La Souche Limoilou, Quebec City, Nov 12/19) Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Notes of musty funk, attic, lemon zest, light moderate lactic acid, white wine must, olid slightly cheesy hops and a bit of hay, light cereals, moderate drying wood, the soft tartness fading into a dry mineral woody finish with a little persistent funk. Light body with low to moderate bottle conditioned carbonation. Feels like a meerts type thing for sure, very interesting for a 3.5% brew as it's very drinkable but fairly complex.

Bottle thanks to Ben. Pours a hazy yellow with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, lemon zest, wheat. Slick body, funky, citrus, wheat, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

From the brewery: pours clear with a small head. Aroma is cheese, funk, basement, and grass. Taste is moderately sour. Cheesy full flavor. Really solid and complex.
