Our continuous hunt for fresh combinations led us to two up-and-coming hops bursting with bright, bold citrus flavors. True to its name, Citra delivers an intense hit of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry and passionfruit notes. Ridiculously aromatic Azacca, a newer dwarf hop named for the Haitian god of agriculture, exudes tart tropical notes and a slight grassiness to balance it all out.
