Black colour. Rich chocolate, sweet, with strong nutty character, maple syrup, roasted hazelnuts, and just some alcohol warmth.
Great.

Aroma: some smoky character coming from the maple, maple itself, some coffee, chocolate. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: very nice.

Poured from 32 fl oz can (2019 vintage - 10.5%). Black with minimal beige head. Lots of chocolate with maple notes. Very nice.

Jet black brown with a small brown head. Nutty and molasses notes with vanilla. Sweet and sticky, vanilla and dark chocolate. Intense with some light coffee notes.

Crowler, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with truckloads of maple syrup and coffee, with little else to speak of. Flavour is full of maple syrup upfront, accentuated by deep coffee. Thick palate without being too cloying. Lovely dessert beer.

Dirty dark brown with a decent brown head. Floral coffee notes. Rich and sweet maple and coffee.

2018 bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown to black with a small beige head that dissipates. Huge maple and kitkat forward nose that goes on forever. Cacao nib, milk chocolate and light cold brew coffee notes on the palate. More maple and chocolate on the finish. Light coffee bitterness, but very maple forward and a well-executed pastry stout.
