Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sour light fruits and lemon with some barrel backing. Flavor is similar with some light tart fruits with a bit of sweet grains, lemon and barrel supporting.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly acidic with some light citrus and pineapple notes. Moderate grain and cereal notes with some cracker notes. Light oak and white wine notes. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a medium small, fairly thin, white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness. Light grain and cereal notes, but less pronounced than in the aroma. Light white wine notes with some hint of oak. Some stone fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice sour. Light grain notes with nice fruit an oak notes. Acidity isn’t too sharp an works really nicely with the fruit notes.
