American Pale Ale
The one that started DG. Our favorite beer and soon to be yours. This perfect pale ale is super soft and dripping with the sweet nectar of sticky oils from Citra and Amarillo hops, for pungent notes of pink grapefruit, sweet tangerine, and blossoming bouquet.

Cloudy lighter pale. Nose of fresh rubber hose. Oh, first thing I notice on the palate is lots of cutting carbonation. IPA flavor, yes, bit it tastes quite interesting. Has a clean lighter bitter fresh feel to it. Am I finally getting used to IPA? Not sure, this just seems to be more refreshing than so many thousand IPA I've had in the past.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: thick yellow haziness with a three finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy, mango-like, tangerines and some sweet grassy hop notes, light clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together bittersweetly and juicy, finishes clean with the tangerine to bright citrusy hop notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done NEPA I would return to.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some washed out soapy hops, biscuity malt, and light dankness. Flavour is very dry, with soapy hops, some floral notes, and dry biscuity malt. Very dry and soapy. Not great.
