Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white seafoam head with good retention craters as it recedes leaving spider lacing. Mango and papaya aromas. Soft with sweet caramel, guava and biscuit upfront turning to dry hot caramel and pith in the lasting finish.

Can, didn’t check the date, but assumedly quite fresh, shared by AFH on 5/20/17, thanks, Chris!
Hazy, not soupy, bright golden-brass body is topped by a sizable white head showing moderate retention.
Juicy fruits in the nose show a nice mix of tropical and citrus notes with a strong backing of malt (though it’s not too sweet or anything). Lots of biscuit and honey with a lovely freshness to the hops and quite balanced and mild overall. Not to say it’s too malt-forward; it’s certainly not, but it’s just a nice change of pace to get a little more mileage out of your base malt. Lingering lemon and grapefruit show little/no resin and it’s clean with no alcohol and low ester character.
Honey, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit with growing juiciness via tropical fruit notes (light mango and pineapple) and light but ample bitterness are all felt atop a soft, malty, but well-attenuated malt backbone. Low but engaging carbonation and a diverse range of citrus and other fruits with nothing dominating, nor any resin or big pine character. Soft, chewy, supple and very fruity. Almost Tree House like, but for the lack of a strong yeast signature. Great intro and excited to try more of their beers.
