Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is marshmallow, chocolate, vanilla, cream, taste is similar, quite bitter and dry.

Bottled 4/11/22, drunk 10/8/22. Undetermined clarity, but seemingly clear, ebony-mahogany. Tan head to ring. Smells sweet and chocolatey with vanilla and such. No booze, no heavy sugar. That said, the marshmallow is just adding sugar. Some chocolate, some marshmallow. Meh. Soft and sweet, chocolatey and tons of mallow sugar. Yeah theres raisin and prune but its mostly just sugar and malty-sweet choco-vanilla. Just way too many sweet/sugary elements without enough balancing acid or dry/roast.

Flaska från Barreled Souls, 2022. Svart med brun liten krona. Doftar massor av vanilj och kexighet, möjligen lite artificiellt. Smakar kexigt, en fruktighet som drar åt björnbär och svarta vinbär. Också mycket smak av marshmallow, kex, toffee. Lite fruktig och lätt syrlig ton som är svårt att helt komma överens med.

500ml (thx, Jack L.!) @ home shared with Andrey. 2017-Mar-20. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: sweet with a lot of marshmallow notes. Taste: moderately thick, lots of marshmallow, chocolate, some fruity notes. Overall: good one.

Bottle pour shared by Chalumeaux and AirForceHops--thanks, guys! Appearance is opaque black with no head and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, chocolate and marshmallow. Taste is deliciously strong as aroma though marshmallow and chocolate are higher in the mix. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with silky smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, excellent strength of nose and flavor and phenomenal mouthfeel. Looking forward to the variants.

2020 Bottle from Bierliefhebber. Almost black with tan head. Loads of chocolate and marshmallows, some vanilla and light roast. A little bit thin. Good but too sweet and a little bit underwhelming body.
