Hoppy and fruity, citrus, some herbality, nicely bitter. Very nice.

Canned 12/22/21, drunk 1/20/22. Moderately to heavily hazy, peachy-orange-mango with a frothy, large, white head that shows medium-to-strong retention. Mmm nice and subtly fruity with easygoing mango, apricot, nectarine and navel orange. Malts seem sparse and crackery, allowing the hops free range, while yeast leaves little impression; perhaps some mineral. There's some light pineapple, a touch of floral aromatic and just all around understated hop notes which I love. No twang, alcohol, weird yeast. Pineapple, soursop, unripe papaya, meyer lemon, pine, oversteeped black tea and just a general tangy citrus character is super interesting and untraditional. Kind of reminds me of Tree House Curiosity 116, though this here is less softly/comfortably malted. Which is my biggest issue; it's just a bit too crackery, and not soft/supple enough to quite balance the tangy citrus. Adding the bottom third of the can, all contents included, produces more softness, some vanilla and bubble gum notes and a better all-around balance, but still a bit too tangy and the pineapple picks up significantly as it warms leading me to believe there's either a good deal of Strata or any amount of Sabro. Looking it up, I'm wrong and it's just Citra Simcoe. Surprising. But I guess the simcoe really does it in? Would expect a lot more juiciness from the Citra, but maybe it's the malt I should be taking issue with? Again, the suppleness is no where near the top tier DIPAs. Still, it's Foam and it's better than most.

Hazy pale golden pour with a medium frothy white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Hoppy aroma with pine and peach notes. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, citrus, peach and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering piney hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Tasting at Brian's, can
Murky blond colour. Nice aroma, crispy malts, cream, orange peel. Lean, light residual sweetness, good piney and zesty hopping, zing in the finish.
Very good.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some pithy tropical fruits, and biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, with lots of bright piney hops, pithy tropical fruits, some resins, and biscuity malt. Bright, piney and tropical fruity. Excellent.

Hazy, not much head. Fairly weedy, some sweet malts underneath, a splash of alcohol, and a hint of lychee and mandarin. Solid.

02/07/19, first non fest foam? Cool can art, great soft hop IPA, plenty of hop flavor, soft and sweet, thick juicyness.
