We are excited - and filled with nostalgia - to welcome back Lights Out - a delicious pale ale and an important part of our history! Lights Out pushes the concept of what an American Pale Ale can be. It is exceedingly well hopped at all stages of the brewing process producing a beer that is both intense yet still classically balanced. The prevailing flavor is tangerine - even lingering pleasantly in the finish - with heaps of pungent grapefruit and citrus rind contributing to the complexity of this little delight. We find it to be a joy to drink all the way through the glass. Lights Out is the very first beer we canned. As we embark on new projects it reminds us of a very important and creative period in our history and energizes us for what is to come.

Tall can (thx, Brian C.!) at Taylor's place. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is lots of tropical fruits with pineapple notes, very nice. Taste is similar with some dusty notes. Very nice.

Tasting at Erik's, can
Murky blond color. Fruity aroma, sweet oranges, touch of weed. Good mouthfeel, a bit chalky, nice delicate crisp malt base, citrus oil, a bit piney.
Excellent.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, light piney hops, and some dry cereal notes. Flavour is very dry, with oats, cereal malt and piney hops. Bold and well-balanced. Excellent.

Hazy and pale. The aroma is nice - pineapple, papaya, and orange, with a little bit of yeastiness. Very fresh and juicy. Nice pale malt base. Just a touch of yeastiness. Quality, I'd drink this.

Can thanks to Seth. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pine and citrus. Similar flavor to nose, light bitter finish, very nice.
