Tight beige head left a blotchy cover & collar on a jet black still body. Zesty aroma of citrus, Tropical fruit, dark berries & malt - Weird! Medium bodied, oily yet sharp on the palate with a clean cut back. Malt, under ripe berries, dark chocolate & citrus tastes with a long tangy pine finish. Sounds odd but all blends together really well.

Can from Tesco. Dark brown, small head fades to ring. Aroma is nutty, sweet, malty. Taste brings some roasty notes and mild bitterness. Mellow for a black IPA

Heel knap. In een ondoorzichtig glas zou ik nooit geraden hebben dat dit een zwart bier is. Typische IPA met heel licht koffietintje.

From backlog. Bottle shared with Bergstaden @ Gullkorn. Dark brown with beige head. Malts, hops, Caramel, Chocolate and pines.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with moderate tannish head. Aromas of caramel, fruity pine and chocolate malts. Flavours follow same with resiny pine. A nice black IPA.

Bottle. Shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Dark brown, ochre tint, small off-white head. Fruity, dried fruit, lightly roasty and caramel. Dry with light alcohol presence. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light dry finish. Nicely balanced.
