Small acts nurture growth and exploration. This single batch of grisette aged in oak barrels is a seedling in our development. Budding with notes of pear and honeydew alongside accents of freshly cut grass and crackery grain, Small Acts showcases the coexistence of a saison mixed culture yeast expression and a simpler grain bill.

Tap. Pours clear yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, touch of grain, herbal lemon, oak. Flavor is quite light tart, mineral water with oak and lemon, hint of graininess. Light plus body. Quite drinkable.

On tap at The Rare Barrel, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is along the same lines, with light spiciness, saison yeast and oak. Flavour is lightly acidic and tart, with plenty of oak, followed by light saison yeast. Subtle and nicely constructed. Solid.
