Brewery draught, 1/18/24. Lightly-to-moderately hazy, pineapple-golden. Small ring of bubbles. Green and spicy. You could say scallions, but I choose to enjoy the heavy herb and blueberry accented character. Clean and mty with light honey and cracker. Soft, juicy, herbal, spicy, malty and dry with a lean finish and moderate bitterness with huge spice. A different, non-blueberry-like Mosaic character but I think it's very interesting.

Can split at the 'fuck me it's Kenny; tasting, thanks to LKS - Watford, 25/06/21. Moderately hazed orange with an off white cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is old skool leaning, pine resin, bitter orange, grapefruit, light booze. Taste comprises orange pith, pineapple, grapefruit, pine needle, grass, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Solid Old Skool leaning DIPA.

25th June 2021 Tasting at Fergus gaff. Thanks to Leighton. Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Savoury hop intro with a bitterish edge. Nibbly hop spice. Mild pine. Mellow citrus peel. Some peel bitterness on the back end. Tidy, could be hop brighter. Goes down easy enough.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich citrus fruit character, papaya, a little diesel, pine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some piney resin, juicy melon, mango, papaya, oranges. Quite enjoyable.

Can from the source enjoyed at home. Pours a hazy electric yellow bordering on light orange with a frothy white head that slowly recedes. Earthy grassy lemon and resin with a bit of tropical and citrus fruits. Light bready malt and a bit of warming alcohol. Pretty nice DIPA
