Our Imperial Reserve aged in bourbon barrels for 13 months, refermented on Vermont maple syrup, and finished on Rêve coffee. Rich, heavy malts produce a thicc body with complex chocolate, tobacco, and roasted notes. The bourbon hits hard with intense vanilla and “heat,” while the coffee and maple assault the nose before allowing the drinker to savor the underlying malt complexity.

Bottle thanks to Randy. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple, oak, milk chocolate, roast. Slick body, milk chocolate, strong maple, oak, boozy finish, very nice.
