This was poured into a tulip at the brewery.
The appearance was a gentle haze, semi-burnt golden with some nice yellow hues to it. A cap of white foamy finger sized little head sustained for a good minute before gently dissipating. Mild sticky lace.
The aroma starts off with sharp resinous bitter pine opening up into some orange rind, sweet yet bitter, and then an underscore of papaya.
The flavor balances well between the bitterness of the rind to the pine, gently sweet with a touch of the bitterness, still nice and embracing. Nice balanced aftertaste between rind to pine (sweet to bitter), really well done.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good. Sharp enough, good balance to some juicy citric harshness.
Overall, is it called The Nameless because it’s so well balanced and complex enough between all of the flavors that the brewer doesn’t know what to name it. Perhaps, but I know I’m coming back to this when they brew it again.

Tap into a tulip glass showing cloudy orange and a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of sharp pine resin. The palate shows a pulpy mouthfeel with gentle and full carbonation. Flavors of moderately intense pine resin with pineapple to citric oranges on the mid-palate and a light bitterness. The linger shows light pineapple and orange citrus again. Fantastic.
