Belgian ale with cherry and elderberry.
Deep dark red colour (EBC 40), with a light pink, compact and lacing head.
Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Big half liter pounder can from chalet for 3$. Pour is very nice, brown maroon with red tinge and a big foamy light pink head that never fades. Nose is fun and appetizing mild sour cherry. Looking forward to this session. First taste is mildly tart cherry. Then there is a little bit of that cherry cough medicine effect. Even so, this is pretty good. I've tasted nocturnum, delirium and noel and this stuff is much better than all 3 of those. Except for that mild cherry cough drop taste, this stuff really hides its alky content very well. In the middle, I didn't notice it, because of the decent taste, aroma and look; but there really isn't much carbonation in here, tho its enough for support of the overall friendliness of the brew. Quite happy with this purchase and tasting stint. Near the end, that head is still there! Even after 20 mins of sipping. Very rare for a beer these days. Pretty good overall experience!

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark red/maroon color with a finger's worth of pink foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet and tart cherries with a light toasted almond sniff in there and a sweet leathery tone underneath that
Flavor: encompasses a great blend between sweet and tart qualities and adds in a delicate vanilla underneath; finishes cherry sweet and tart and dry
Texture: light to medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but in a dry sort of way; good carb level
Overall: a nicely done Belgian fruit beer I would welcome again.

0,33 l bottle. Pours deep ruby red with medium, big, off light pinky head. Head head reasonable retention and some lacing. Aroma of sour cherries, a bit of malt, sweetish. Once it warms up a bit there is also elderberry. Body is heavy, sticky sweet and mild bitter. Way to sweet for me. Finish starts sweet and follows with unpleasant bitterness. As it warms up, there is also plenty of elderberry in aftertaste. Not best effort.

Dark ruby red with large pink head. Cherry, elderberry, malt, and straw aroma. Moderately sweet cherry, elderberry, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Decent - nice light sweetness.

500ml can. Deep purple body, more so than red. Cherry tone is there, but not really that raw or booming, extract feel. Drinks like an Imperial Cherry beer, relatively thin body for the ABV, odd artificial strange finish. Not that good at all, medicinal flavors.

Barwa miedziana, niemal klarowne, piana w kolorze beżowo-różowym, średnio obfita, średnio trwała.
W aromacie wiśnia, czarny bez, estry.
W smaku lekko kwaskowe, słodowe, słodkie, owocowo-estrowe. Brakuje nieco kontry chmielowej.
Goryczka niska, wysycenie wysokie, ciało w normie, czuć wyraźnie alkohol, brakuje nieco pijalności.
Trochę za słodkie.
