Teku showing very turbid pale straw with half a finger of clean white foam despite a very strong pour.
The nose shows very clean and intense notes of melon, pineapple, and hints of papaya.
The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Juicy melon and pineapple forwardness with a mid-palate of adzuki palates with barely any bitterness. Comes together in a harmonious balance. Very good.

🎶It drops deep as it does in my breath

Pours a hazy, golden yellow, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is floral and a bit bready, with some citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor follows, along with a good bit of hoppy bitterness in the finish. More bready than is usual for the style...

473ml can. Herbal hoppy, slightly stingy and sweetish with some tropical notes, grass and citrus. A bit untypical Monkish IPA.

Can thanks to Jules. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is tropical fruit and pine. Slick body, juicy, melon, mango, tangerine, dank, lingering bitterness, very nice.

Draught at Trillium Field Trip, 8/4/18. Was lucky enough to have AirForceHops bring me over a sample of this, otherwise I would have missed out on a really phenomenal beer. Thanks!
Right from the first sniff you could tell this was special. Motueka hops are brillianty mineral and white wine-forward. Passion fruit and lime mix in with the Citra contributing more juice to give it an almost Galaxy-Nelson-like character. Strawberry, meyer lemon and even a touch of guava unfold. Cracker and light biscuit-like malts sit lightly in the background and there's no thought of pine, grapefruit, resin or alcohol. Beautifully, even powerfully aromatic, with fresh, wonderful hop notes.
In the mouth it's lightly juicy with meyer lemon zest, guava, strawberry, mineral and light passion fruit. Tight spiciness is deep and subtle but slowly emerges alongside tight carbonation. Lime-guava gives an almost Brett-like character (stretching here, but it's lightly reminiscent). Touches of sweet honey balance perfectly with biscuit and cracker showing through on the well-attenuated finish. Citra is very much in the background and there is no overly sweet, overly juicy pineapple or any real grapefruit. Just lime, lemon, passion fruit, mineral, wine and guava. Light, appropriate bitterness. Very clean. Absolutely stunning!
