Thanks Jim R.
Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity to floral to mixed citrusy then some pineapple and a little bit of piney hoppiness; super light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet to a long bittersweet juiciness; finishes very juicy through the grapefruity to pineapple-y hops
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; great smoothness; nice low carb; great low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: what a great NEDIPA more than worthy of returning to!

Can from Air Force Hops (Thanks, Chris!) poured into taster glass as part of blind taste test. Appearance is cloudy yellow-light brown (dirty water quality) with lots of sparkle, thin cap of white, foamy head with fair retention and fair lacing. Aroma is sweet citrus, stone fruit. Taste is nondescript citrus (orange/tangerine?), grapefruit with perhaps a bit of pine, mild astringency. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, grainy texture, average carbonation and lingering bitter grapefruit finish. Overall, good but a bit amorphous.

Looks like grapefruit juice. Nice bold tropical aroma. Flavor has strong citrus notes; lemon, sweet grapefruit. Just a touch of pine. No resin, no abrasion. The texture is popping with a juicy character. Real juicy. No bitterness. This is how the style should be!!

Draught at the source: pours light opaque haze with white head. Aroma is hefty tropical fruitiness. Taste is spicy, fruity, fairly dry, but has a sweet finish. Smooth, but body is noticeable.
