Bottle at home cheers to the end of my sorta dry January. Yellow orange and small head. Nose is funky, citrus and vinous. Tastes of apricots, cheese, barnyard, gooseberry, white wine grapes, peppery. Fairly tart.

Blend 5. Bottle had at Guest Izakaya. CLoudy golden with brief, white head. Musky with wet oak. Clean, light zesty note. Slight white pepper spicyness and dryness in the finish. Elegant

ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, vinous - white grapes, moderate yeasty, leather, funk, barrel - vanilla, oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, grass, oak, barrel - vanilla, medium dry, wheat - yeast - minerals, vinous - white grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220512]

Taste: barnyard, tart and some oak barrels. Medium acidic. Balanced and refreshing. Next one please!

2018 bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is strong wood, funk, white grapes, leather. Taste is the same, kinda refreshing, some green fruits. Oily mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation.

Bottle @ Himmeriget. Vintage 2018. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wood an dtart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 120522

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, snow-white head. Fruity, funky, tangy, spicy, floral, slightly vinous and woody aroma, notes of peach and apricot, white grapes, oak, floral honey, some brine, mustard seed, fresh hay, a biscuity touch of speculoos, cinnamon, grape sugar, old lemon peel. Taste is tart, funky, spicy, slightly woody, fruity, minimally floral and grassy, notes of peach and apricot, white and black pepper, white grapes, some oak, a touch of floral honey, brine, mustard seed, dill, nutmeg, chamomile, lactic acid, old lemon peel. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally astrigent palate, prickly carbonation. Very complex, well balanced, a plethora of flavours - fantastic!
