750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, snow-white head. Fruity, funky, tangy, spicy, floral, slightly vinous and woody aroma, notes of peach and apricot, white grapes, oak, floral honey, some brine, mustard seed, fresh hay, a biscuity touch of speculoos, cinnamon, grape sugar, old lemon peel. Taste is tart, funky, spicy, slightly woody, fruity, minimally floral and grassy, notes of peach and apricot, white and black pepper, white grapes, some oak, a touch of floral honey, brine, mustard seed, dill, nutmeg, chamomile, lactic acid, old lemon peel. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally astrigent palate, prickly carbonation. Very complex, well balanced, a plethora of flavours - fantastic!
