Brown bottle, 33 cl, best before 12 07, via Importations Privées Bièropholie (merci Hughes!), savoured on July 23 2010; eye: caramel, hazy, suspended matter, white head that turns into a tiny ring, slight lacing; nose: yeast, fruity, light honey, slight pepper; mouth: yeast, fruity, light honey, light pepper, finale in honey with presence of pepper, medium-light body, below-average carbonation, lightly sweet, thin; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 33 cl, meilleure avant 12 07, via Importations Privées Bièropholie (merci Hughes!), savourée le 23 juillet 2010; œil : caramel, voilée, matière en suspension, mousse blanche qui se transforme en un petit anneau, très légère dentelle; nez : levure, fruité, léger miel, très léger poivre; bouche : levure, fruité, léger miel, léger poivre, finale en miel avec présence de poivre, corps moyen-léger, carbonatation sous la moyenne, légèrement sucrée, texture mince; en résumé : correct

33cl Bottle at Gollem II. Hazy light yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, pale malts, some wheat, floral hops. Flavour is flowery, a bit of bready malts, yeast, nice dry bitter finish. Dry mouthfeel, has some saison qualities. Medium bodied. Good beer.

Bottle. Cloudy blonde color with a head going quickly to lace. Aroma of honey and pilsner malts, much like a maibock. Spicy, strong, rich malt flavor with honey and decent bitterness. Rich and tasty, interesting though not super original. Smooth, soft mouth.

330 ml bottle. Clear, golden/orange body with a dense white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and cane sugar. Flavor is quite light, fruity, sweet malt, caramel and a bit floral. Medium body and a spicy finish. Quite nice, maybe a bit to much on the sweet side, could have been less sweeter and more refreshing.
