Taste of grapfruit and other citrus fruit, some hops. Bitter at the beginning, but then quite pleasant. Went well with Indian food.

Third at Holyrood 9A. Clear golden pour, skin of head. Hoppy aroma, woody, grassy, pine. Taste is a light blast of hops, a pronounced bitterness, but in moderation. This what the IPA was all about. Beautiful!
