Yellow colored, unclear, small to medium white frothy head. Aroma is of some pale malt, refreshing lemony-citrus lemongrass hoppy notes. Taste is medium- sweet malt, lemon, lemon grass, some light fruits, citrus moderate hoppy and bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation.

Clear light straw gold colour with a smallish white head. Fruity and floral aroma; tropical fruit and grapefruit in the main. Some lacing; a mild bitterness followed by a spicy fruity sweetness and a good long finish. A good IPA and a very nice beer.

Fruchtiges IPA aus England gebraut mit Chinook, Centennial, Athanum, Simcoe, Columbus und Cascade. Bei so viel Aromahopfen kann man schon einiges erwarten und man wird wirklich nicht enttäuscht Es ist ein Bier voller fruchtiger Hopfigkeit, das man nicht nur auf der Insel mag.

500ml bottle. Pours a pale golden yellow colour, lots of tiny floaties, smooth creamy white head. Aroma: hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, zest etc. Taste: very hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Hoppy bitter finish. Lovely smooth mouthfeel. Really nice one.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 50 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: hop predominant, with floral, slight herbaceous and citric notes. Some fruitiness present. Slight sweet malty background with an almost neutral presence (slightly grainy). APPEARANCE: pale gold and clear. average moussy white head, with moderate retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with hop predominant notes but medium in intensity (floral, slight herbaceus, citric). supportive low sweet malt character with a slight grainy note. Balance towards hops. Medium to medium-high bitterness that lingerns in an almost dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with moderate carbonation. no hop astringency. OVERALL: a very nice English IPA with good hop notes, supported by a somewhat faint malt presence. it would benefit with a touch more malt.
