Hoppy Belgian-Style Ale
Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out.

Almost clear, golden color and a nice white head. Nose is hoppy, belgian yeast, spicy. Yeasty, nice malty-hoppy flavors.

Where did this bomber come from? Dated 10/26/15 but acquired in LV on a recent March Madness visit, I am happy to partake, The Bruery is a favored brewer. Lift off the top and tilt into my Chimay trappiste glass. It delivers a classic, hazy light gold body completed by a wispy, pure white top. Looking through the glass I see a steady carbonation, lots of tiny bubbles. Now a smell, yellow raisin, spun sugar, meadow. Time for a drink, here we go, a delicate taste, yeasty, bread, apricot, maybe a touch of banana. Very soft, easy to drink, a dry ending.

Forgot to check this in last night, I remember it having some great unique citrus flavors for a Belgian ale.
